Called on a credit card debt over 20 years old. Stated they were going to file a judgment a***nst me. Told them our state law and to go ahead and do it. Idiots!

Caller said they were attempting tp collect over $17,000 for a car i purchased in 1996 and gave care back to finance company. They said they would put a judgement a***nst me if i didnt paid. I told them to go ahead and get s****ed, lol

Fake debt scam.

Offered all of my personal information upfront before they told me what the reason for the call was about. Caller threatened to put a judgment on me for a time barred debt that was way past my state's statue of limitations for suit. I asked for letter stating the validity of the claim. Caller said they could not do that. Never once asked if they could record the call.

Stated I was going to be arrested for a hospital bill. There was an Affidavit a***nst me.... These idiots obviously haven't {any} comprehension regarding the LAW.

Called cell phone, no message left.
