Window company, they were nice on the phone.

Company called illinois energy. Gave me price on windows, after 3 other estimates they were more but there quality was superior.

Great company, came to my door last year and since have done work with them. Very professional.

I know this number.  This is a company called Illinois Energy.  The BBB gives them an A rating, but they really need to stop harassing people via phone.  A guy came to my door weeks ago and asked about replacing our windows, siding, or front door.  I took his info and reluctantly handed out my cell phone number, but I told him we would not be ready to even discuss any home improvement projects until 2011.  Soon after, the calls s****ed coming, sometimes twice a week.  I finally called the number back tonight (11/22/10) and actually got a human being.  He told me the name of the company and I asked him to stop calling me.  I explained how my number got into his system and he very politely apologized and (allegedly) took my number out of the system.  I hope they don't call me a***n.  They appear to be a good company that does good work, but they would ***n more customers if they would leave a message with each call and not call over and over a***n.  If your message gets ignored multiple times, chances are the person you're calling isn't interested in what you have to offer.  I understand they're just trying to make money, but harassment isn't the way to go.
