I received a postcard from them and mailed it back. A week later they contacted me to ask me questions about the project I had to do. The cust svc rep was courteous and knowledgeable so I told then I would get back to them after doing some research. I checked them out with the better business bureau and saw they had a really good rating and they were an accredited business as well. So i ordered 3 cans and so far the product is holding up real well, I will reorder from them in the spring.
