I just received a call from 3312341347, didn't answer, no voicemail.

Received a call from 6312341347 is there a place where we can report this annoying calls? In my opinion we should be the one to report, and the gov. should have people to go after them. Our tax money should include the service.

4 rings. . .left no message.  Handicapped person lives here so calls like this are a REAL intrusion of my privacy and cause a lot of discomfort.

These two numbers won't leave me alone.  212-777-3457 and  631-234-1347.  everytime I answer a ma****e just says "goodbye" and it I try to call them back they are disconnected.  It's driving me nuts.  How do I get them to stop  Or find where it's coming from and who it is?  Anyone know????
