Called wanting to verify employment, but did not state who they were verifying. They had a heavy accent that was hard to understand. Directed them to call the correct department.

They keep calling my office and when I answer I hear call center noise in the background that is so loud it about made me go deaf. When I answer no one says anything. They let me keep saying*****o with my companys name then **** up on me. I tried to call them back to do the same to them and it's an outbound only number. It shows up as East Hampton NY

Requested a current driver's employment information but requested our email address and never sent a request over. I don't want to get in trouble with FMCSA so I tried to call the number back but receiving a message that it's not a valid number.

Said they were trying to verify employment for a DOD applicant. Wanted our fax number
