Continues to call my PRIVATE cell. I have NO RELATIONSHIP with "Allstate Insurance." I cannot block calls on my cheapy cell, so I continue to be HARASSED. Is NO ONE ELSE getting this call???

Called a***n to my same cell; this time I just rejected it. Did not call back; sure sign if a ROBOSCAMMER.

A SEARCH ID's it as "ALLSTATE INS." Someone using (S****ing?) this# called *5* times in 2 days. Finally ans. the last call; a man with a HEAVY INDIAN ACCENT called me "CHRIS" (NOT my name) & said he was from Allstate Ins. When I told him he had the wrong # he just laughed & stayed on the line. Would NOT say HIS name. Threatened him w/ the FCC & he said "No, No, NO"; didn't **** up. *I* did.
