Still laughing too hard to type. Almost as bad as the fake IRS!

Robo call left message - exact message as 5/2/18 report on here about pi**** legal and that I could get help from nearest Window store or I should call 631-318-6478 or Windows would be blocked.

SCAM big time. Ask if there was a charge or it monies c****ed hands. He hemmed hawwed around...guess that was my answer. Also said he was from Micro Soft in California. Didn't know East Hampton , LI was in CA.

Message was cut off resulting in leaving only a partial return phone number on VM. Based on comments it is most likely a scam for expiration of Windows. This would be the second such call received in a week if true.

stated my Windows computer was being deactivated unless i contacted them.

This Robo-call went straight to voicemail and the phone didn’t ever ring. It stated: “Request you to activate your window key on immediate _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ comes under pi**** legal asked for help you can visit the nearest Windows store or you can call us on 631-318-6478 a***n the number is 63138186478 thank you…” I have no business with a Windows operating system. I suspect this may be a scam to get identifying information.
