Very rude wouldn't tell me why they were calling but wanted personal information

Someone called and told me that I was listed as the "first relative of contact" for my sister...who I have not spoken to in 20 years.  I have NO relationship with her and there is NO WAY she would list me as a contact.  I don't even think she knows my phone number, let alone married name.  They insisted that my sister listed me and wanted to know if there was some other way of being able to contact her and I said I had no idea.  Then told me they were working with her on a "business matter" and couldn't discuss it further.  Yeah right.

they're from a debt collector company base on oklahoma with a local line from suffolk ny

Caller called my company phone number...asked what the name of the company was...said he was from Oklahoma, when we are based in NY and (631) is a long island prefix.  Would not give me information, was VERY rude, and demaded to speak with a manager.  I got a manager and he picked up only to hear loud blasting music.
