Yes received call and didn't answer, then called back and they asked for my name and I told them I am Not giving you my name and he ***g up on me

They claim to be the IRS and that a lawsuit is being filed a***nst you. People, be smart, their accent is very heavy, they talk without specifics, and when you question them they don't know what you are saying. THEY ARE NOT THE IRS! The IRS will NEVER call you. They will respond in written communication only.

received a voice mail on my cell phone "This call is from Tax Audit Department of IRS. The nature of this call is to inform you about lawsuit which has been filed about your name. So, before we go with legal matters and send this case to the local county court house, kindly call us back on our number which is 631-******68." I called them back (after they called me and left another voice mail) and the caller said he worked for the IRS auditing department any my tax returns from 2008 to 2012 had been audited resulted in an underpayment of $5987. He then threatened that the IRS would garnish my wages, freeze my bank accounts, notify the credit bureaus, and file a lawsuit to collect the "unpaid" amount. The only option he presented was to make a payment now for the full amount to avoid seeing IRS in court. When I told him to send me a letter explaining the issue, he told me I had to pay now.

Came in from Islip NY & said a lawsuit was being filed a***nst me in the local court house. Call back right away. Yeah, sure.
