This number constantly is called to my home phone. I don't answer when there isn't any name attached to a number on my caller ID. After my answering ma****e's msg finishes, all I hear is music with a piano in the background.

Received call on my cell phone from this number. Number belongs to no one I know.

It is an automated call requesting the party to call back. The television has reported fraud in collection companies trying to collect from innocent people.
