Yep, tried scamming my husband! My husband called back demanding to know what this was about and the guy kept hanging up! He called him back like 9 times and he hung up my husband every time, LOL!! Too funny!
The message said, the local "Cops" will be paying you a visit. poor English and very funny
Threats of arrest for owing IRS. Laughable. The local police will take me into custody. Clearly Chinese. Sadly-this works on some people who are so frightened they do as the caller demands and buy Walmart and target money cards to "pay off what they don't owe".
