They always s**** the call by asking for "Pearl". When you say they have the wrong number they say, "Well maybe you can help me" and begin to solicit for a police organization.

Unsolicited call. Suspected spammer. I receive many similar calls from the greater NYC and vicinity by telemarketers and robocall. Annoying!
