I got a call from this number as well and a man with an indian accent asked me if I had a Dell computer and that it had some malicious software issues. This is not the first time I have received calls from people with Indian accents. They all identify my mom's computer by model #, which we were having problems with and contacted the 800 # from Dell to repair a while back. Ever since, I have received 4 calls. I told them that I was in the middle of so****ing and that I would call right back. I asked for their name and call back number. They always gave me an English name like Jane Smith. This time his name was John Carters. The last few times, they gave me a call back number that was not in service. This time, they gave me this number and it did appear on my caller ID.
