I found where the call originated from. The address is "2 4th Street, ***tington Station, NY". It looks like a residence from street view in google maps.

Filled out a 1088G form at https://esupport.fcc.gov/ccmsforms/form1088.action. I am on the FCC's "do not call" list. People finder says it is a landline located in ***tington, NY.

They could not even answer simple questions- who are you, who do you represent and take me off the list. I got a ma****e then a live agent who kept reading off a script never slowing to answer any questions.

Spam - They called my cell but didnt leave a message. They keep calling me! So annoying!

Just got a call from 6316736219 saying it's about your credit card... press 1 for lower rates, 2 to stop calls - pressed 2. Got a call about 30 mins ago. I was on an important personal call and thought it was a****ential new job calling as I've been sear****g pretty hard lately. No VM was left and tried calling back...busy every time. Guess I have to put my cell on the Do Not Call Registry a***n.

Recorded message about "lowering your rate" on my "account". No mention of a business name. SPAM.

Called back and number was busy. I don't answer numbers I don't know. Looks like this company is really busy calling people.
