PoM Recoveries. Collection agency. Will give no info why they call and don't answer the number they give as a call back.

I continually get calls on my cell phone from this number:  "Mrs. mac needs your help resolving an important business matter.  Please call Mrs. mac at (631) 761-1089..." and gives a reference number. The two times I have tried to call that second number, it rings with no answer.  When I tried calling the number from which they called me, I got a recorded message saying this number has been disconnected or is no longer in service.  Extremely annoying, and has been going on for months...
