I received my bank statement with a transaction on my bank card for $194.65 on 3/4/11. I did not authorize any charge and do not know what this is all about.  I tried calling the phone number (631) 870-5502 provided by my bank and when I call I keep getting a voice recording of a woman named Diana.  No one returns my calls. No company name, address or any contact info listed on the voice recording.  I called my bank and told them of this and they will issue me a new card and do an investigation on this so called company Accurate Recovery. I hope they put this person away.

I find a charge on my Business account for 12/24/2010 Purchase PURCHASE ACCURATE RECOVERY 12/22 $99.98  I did not authorized this charge so I called the bank and they give me this Ph. # 631 870 5502 when I call every time there is a voice recording of a lady called Diana. This Ph.# need to be investigate and find this criminal and bring him/her to justice.

If you had P90x or any other Beach body product and forgot to pay your monthly installments you entered your debit card to a web site to pay for p90x

Received an unauthorized charge of $56.90 on 3/18 listing Accurate Recovery as the merchant.  I called the number listed (631) 870-5502 got voice mail for Diane.  I have no idea who this company is and did not do business with them.

Me too!  How did you get this resolved.  Did you find out who they are?

BEWARE! RECEIVED A CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD FROM ACCURATE RECOVERY SOLUTIONS WITH THIS NUMBER LISTED 631-870-5502. DID NOT AUTHORIZE CHARGE AND DO NOT KNOW WHAT THIS IS. WHEN CALLING THIS NUMBER THERE WAS A VOICEMAIL MESSAGE OF A PERSON IDENTIFIYING HERSELF AS DIANE. NO NAME OF COMPANY OR BUSINESS STATED. DID NOT GET CALL BACK. MADE A COMPLAINT WITH CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND FILED FRAUD DISPUTE. CREDIT CARD COMPANY STATES ITS A ACCOUNTING OR HOUSEKEEPING BUSINESS AS LISTED ON CHARGE, I DID A SEARCH AND THERE IS A COLLECTIONS AGENCY LISTED IN FARMINGTON, IL. BUT DID A PHOINE NUMBER SEARCH AND IT LISTED THE NUMBER IN A DIFFERENT LOCATION???? BAD BUSINESS, BOTTOM LINE, NEVER AUTHORIZED THIS CHARGE OR KNOW WHO THIS IS....CREDIT CARD COMPANY REVERSED CHARGES AND IS INVESTIGATING MY DISPUTE.

I just discovered an unauthorized charge on my debit card for $66.65 from this company.  My statement says ACCURATE RECOVERY 631-870-5502 NY.  I typed in the number to try to find out who/what the company is and stumbled on to this page.  I never purchased anything from them and I have no idea how they were able to charge $66.65 to my debit card.  Will be calling my bank in the morning.

WHO? WHAT? WHY? ARE THEY CALLING MY PHONE,AND I CAN'T FIND ANY KNOW ADDRESSES FOR THIS PHONE NUMBER DOES ANY ONE KNOW WHO TESE PEOPLE ARE?
