Like others have mentioned, I received a call from this number with "WILLIAM FLOYD S" on the caller ID. I pressed one to speak with someone. When the guy answered I asked how he was able to call if I am on the Do Not Call list. He laughed and said "I don't know". I asked if this was funny, and he continued to laugh, said yes, and then ***g up on me. I wish there was some way to stop these a***oles!

Said they could lower my interest rate on my credit cards to 6% and it would take effect in 45 minutes. Asked me for the expiration date on my card. I ***g up!

Called me on my cell phone today, ***g up when I answered the phone. Tried calling back but it just kept ringing.
