They keep calling my cell phone I have pressed 8 a couple of times and finally decided to press 9 to speak to an agent. The agent insetad of taking my number off ***g up on me even before I could complete my sentence. Does any one know who this company is as I would like to send a letter to them from an attorney. This is ridiculous !!!

I love messing with this people!!! when they called I just tell them with a thick mexican accent "what me?...no, no social security number please no call immigration" haha!! stinking b$@ch always ****s up on me

So annoying I keep asking them to remove me fromtheir calling list but they ignore me I tried several times to push the ****on to be removed but then I just get disconnected I think it just ****s up on you then!  I think it's a scam why elsewould you not be able to call the number back, if it was legit I would think they'd want you to be able to call them back they wouldn't be 'hiding info', I really wish I new how to get off their calling list or who you'd report them to

Woman with a British accent called to say that this was my last (hopefully) opportunity to lower my credit card debt. She asked me to press 9. I did, but the call was disconnected.  I returned the call to the number, but the recorded message said they were unavailable right now (perhaps, they were at dinner since they called me at dinner hour) and to call back later.

got a call from 6319602362- the number was in both the name and phone number areas on the caller id.  Betting that it's more than likely a s**** call for fraudulent means.:)

came up on ID caller as Wireless Caller, so they are using the cell phone.No message on my ma****e.I have picked up a few times but hear a click. Annoying.

got a call when i was on a very important call. very annoying. they should be blocked.

I just got a call from this number as well.  It came through on my cell phone which I have never given out to one of my credit card companies.  I pressed "8" to unsubscribe to the list and a woman answered asking if I wanted to reduce my interest. I said no and that I pressed 8 to unsubscribe and she ***g up.  How rude!!

I keep receiving this calls about for a year now.It is any one may stop them?

Recording saying my credit card interest can be reduced.  I pressed the numbers and a female asked if I wanted my interest rate lowered.  I told her the only way she could save me money is to give me some since I pay the amount due and before I could finish the b***h ***g up.  She called me and got mad when I was talking to her!

I keep getting calls from this number saying they will reduce my credit card interest.

I just got a call from them a couple minutes ago.  They said the same thing, nothing wrong with credit cards now, but press 9 to lower interest rates and as soon as someone gets on there I try to tell them to stop calling, but they always **** up on me before I can.  I've been getting calls for months and I'm sick of it!!  I don't even have anymore credit cards and it's real frustrating when they call at 9:00 at night, right after I laid my kids down in bed.  Thanks!!!

just ***g up with one of their "operators" who wouldn't answer the question "what credit card are you calling me about?"  She kept skirting the question.  Finally said that it was for both Visa and MC, and by my answering a few simple questions, I may qualify for a lower rate...  I told her this sounded like a scam, and she ***g up.  I guess I was right.

I answered a call from these people and they wanted to lower my credit card rates.  They acted like they are from Consumer Card Services and verified the 1st number of my Visa card only, then asked for my expiration date.  Then asked me to read my entire Visa card number to them.  I explained that I was not comfortable giving out my information to an unknown source.  I asked for more information about them and asked her to hold while I google searched this number.... they then said they are too busy to hold and ***g up.  I wish someone can do so****ing about these types of fraudulant companies!

Me too... "Card Services," English (?) accent... last notice to decrease my interest rate on my credit cards. I pressed "9" to speak to some one, they asked if I had over $5000 in debt, I told 'em "no," ('cause I don't EVER WANT ANOTHER CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT EVER A***N) and they ***g up...I've seen these calls on sites before... they are always CLAIMED to be "scams."

Another Scam ****.  Tries to get your card info. so they can make money off of your back insted of getting a real job and make legal money.

Got a call this afternoon from (631)960-2362. No message left. I did file a complaint with the FCC and the Do-Not-Call Registry as I am listed there and I received it on my cell phone too. Oddly enough when I blocked my caller ID and tried to call it back tonight it tells me the number is not in service. This almost sounds like the Sprint message too.

Called me at 7:30 pacific time on 2-17-10.  Didn't answer, no message left.  Probably a bill collector from a small unpaid bill of mine after being sold misleading services 5 years ago.

I got a call from 631-960-2367 on my cell phone and no one was there.  This is not the first time.  This is very annoying.

I just got a call from this number; automated English lady from "Cardholder Services". I got the same call from 631-960-2367 on Friday.  I am on the do not call list.

Am getting calls from this number....just 10 minutes ago.  Did not answer, and due to the other comments, will not answer.

Got a call from this number. When I answered it was a recording of a Lady with an English accents, saying she is from "Card Member Services" and that nothing is wrong with my card but that I can get lower interest rates and that it was my final warning.Yeah right, I will believe it is my final warning when they stop calling.IT IS A SCAM do not give them any information.

These guys are busy to have generated this many reports in a week. Given the reports above, it appears these calls originating in Long Island, NY (Suffolk County) are seeking to collect personal information. I am not taking the calls and they are not leaving any messages. They are going to my cell phone and I have no idea how they got the number because I only give it to people I know. If you do take the call from this number, I would suggest that you do not divulge ANY personal information and press them to identify themselves and their intentions.

Keep getting calls from this number. I have not answered any of them.

Told me it was about my credit card (without identifying the card) that there was no problem, but offerring lower rates.  I'm on the do not call list.

Missed a call from this number just half an hour ago.  Interesting that we're all Davids...

This is a scam, do not give them your information.  They are trying to ****er people into giving out their credit card information.  This is illegal, but they get away with it for a few months till the feds shut them down.  I got calls from another number for a few months in the fall, but not recently.  This one seems to be new.  Your best bet is to register with the do not call registry.  When they call tell them to not call a***n and report them through the do not call registry website, so they can compile a list of violations.

answered call from this #.  Said it was a cell phone.  It was an automated call, not asking for anyone, just saying I owed money (did not say to who) and where to mail it.  At the end I was able to connect to a person.  I asked WHO they were looking for and they would not say.  Said I owed money.  Would not say who I owed it to and ***g up on me.  I do NOT owe any money.  This is a new phone # for me (2 months old) and I was getting a ton of calls for w***ver had the phone # before me.  I kept telling them it was a wrong #.  I am guessing THIS call was for the same person OR is just a complete scam.  Either way, sounds kind of illegal!

The caller was offering to reduce my Visa and Mastercard rates.

I missed a call fromt this number I don't know who it was.
