called left message for husband to call back toa 1-800 left no name no company name caller id ccs. do not want to talk to them as i have no idea why they are calling when we tried to call back no one ansered

Called 4 times in a row, saying I or my husband called from this phone. It is a company phone they are calling and I am not married.  Screaming, rude, horrid person. Refused to identify themselves.  Gave her first name only

Calls at work.  Never leaves a message.

They just called, I accidently answered the phone, the women said she was secretary to "John Hannon" an attorney in St. Louis, and it was imperative that they be called back, they also asked if this person still worked at ....., I hope they call them at work, because they will get an a** chewing.I normally do answer numbers that I think are creditors, but oops, my bad!!!

Been getting these calls for about a week now - about 3 times a day - caller id shows the caller as CCS - if I answer it it ****s up - if I let it go to voice mail it does not leave a message.  Has anyone been successful in getting these calls to stop?

They called me not even 2 hours ago. I googled their number and this came up. I get calls like this all the time. The sad thing is I am only 15 years old ! I had a collection agency call me from March of this year till October asking for the same person. They called about 6-9 times a week and I kept telling them that I do not know who they are looking for and I am only 15 but they ignored my wishes to stop calling me. I got very upset one time when they called me 3 times in a row so I s****ed to get very s***** and the man called me a bitc*. I finally let my mom handle it, we live 4000 miles from each other. It is illegal to keep calling someone so many times, it's harassment. Since my mom called them they have called once.

A***n, keep getting calls from these *ssholes!!!  Really getting sick and tired of this ****.  Many times now I have asked to take my name off the list.  I owe no money to anyone.  Wonder if having a tracer put on by the phone company will actually help nail these people?  Has anyone seen Dave's response and called?

We have been recieving phone calls from your outfit for the past few weeks, and we want it to STOP IMMEIATELY! You and your company have become a real pain in the A**. If if it continues, we will notify the Better Business Bureau in the Missouri and North Carolina

Well apparently I have the same problem... but I just ignore them. Usually I make sure to turn of my cell's ringer before class would s****. They always leave a voice mail.. that is easy to delete. Somebody probably owes them money and gave a fake cell number, which turned out to be mine.They are not the only "collection" company to call me. I had several others looking for names that I have never heard from. Although I did (away at college) live in an city/region that has a high poverty rate, so that may explain it. A few companies I did call back were nice enough to remove my number. Not sure if I should try with CCS.

Got call and couldn't understand one word they said, other than a loud case number. We don't owe anyone anything. I had better not get another call from them.

We are constantly getting calls from this number purporting to be "Mark ***e's office". The caller ID shows as CCS, which apparently is a collections agency.

Not sure if anyone out there knows how to stop these calls or who these people really are.  Next time I will record the call on my answering ma****e or any future calls.

I keep getting calls from this number and they ask me if the persons name they are trying to get is here.  They did name the two people by the correct name as being family.  I have told them they don't live here.  He always keeps asking me if I know how to get a hold of the two people he is looking for.  My answer is I don't know.  Today I got into an argument with this man and he got nasty as well.  I asked him to stop calling me as of 10-23-2007.  He claims to be from a collection agency CCS.  I have no idea what he is really up to.  I owe no one any money on my part.  He states that the two people he is asking for gave my name and number as a contact.  He agreed to take my name of the list as a contact.  Time will tell if he calls back a***n.  This is really s****ing to anger me and I don't know how to stop these calls.

keep recieving calls on my cell number regarding a man with the same last name as i have.  i told indiviual at that number that we don't know anybody by the first name and to please stop calling. the man got a at***ude and said maybe it's your husbands family. i've been married 15 years i think i should know my husbands family by now.  the calls eventually stopped but s****ed a***n. i called agency and spoke to someone who said they would take my name of the list. they seemed to be very helpful, but guess what the calls have s****ed once a***n. i called very angry and spoke to a man named tony brooks a very rude person that i think i oringinally talked to and who questioned me about not knowing my own husbands family!  this **** s****ed being so rude i asked to speak to his supervisor and he would not transfer me instead he insisted for me to **** up the phone. i did call back and spoke to his supervisor mr.davis who said they would take my number off the list.  we'll see. i think the reason they got my cell number we had sold our house and choosed to just keep our cell number, but had our old house phone give our cell number for people to reach us. i'm very regretful that we did that.

this company calls all hours of the day and night. i sleep during the day and they call every hour and at night until 9 p.m on some nights. they never leave a message and if you call back they say please wait which is automated and i don't have time to wait. if they have so****ing to say wh not leave a message. when i do answer they **** up so it must not be to important. i to have submitted their number to the do not call registry but that hasn't solved a thing. they also call my work number which i do not give out that number at all. rather they know it or not they are trying to get me fired. Soon i will take action. So if anyone out there knows what to do to stop this harrassment let us all know.

636-200-0116 calls and no one talks. Reporting to consumer alerts and to the AT&T abuse line.  No reason for call and they are harssing.

We continue to get calls from this number and the party they are trying to reach does not live here.  Twice we have given them an alternate number and they continue to harrass us.  We have requested that they take us off the calling list and they don't.

Get calls from this number and others that apparently belong to the same company "CCS" -- a collections agency.  They call at all hours of the day, usually don't leave messages though sometimes they leave an automated message that begins half-way through the message and is basically unitelligible.  Once they also sent a text message "PLEASE CALL."  Am****uming they are trying to chase down someone about a delinquent debt that had this cell phone number before.  I am getting tired of the calls, but there appears to be no recourse -- I registered the number with the national "Do Not Call" registry, but from what I have learned, this organization notoriously doesn't adhere to any rules.
