must be a soliciitor because when I dialed the number back I got an opt out offfer

left no a no talking 2 second voice mail with a click at the end. from the looks of it, seems like people say its an automated ma****e calling people.

It said so****ing about a friend or neighbor has referred me for wifi? Total scam. Don't pick up.

I picked up and it was talking about a wifi network

Got a missed call from this number. Called it back and got an auto answer recording saying to press 1 to be placed on do not call for this number.
