Received a call from this number and a girl/woman left a voice message "I wanted to ask you a question." Did not say who she was.

Why does this person keep calling

I don't give out my cell phone # to no one. When I receive calls I don't recognize, I don't answer it. Then I look it up, and this is where I end up. Does anyone know who this # is? I will be reporting this phone # to the NH FCC on Monday.

On my cell phone this morning, almost certainly a robo-call or telemarketer. The number called 4 times in a row in rapid succession, faster than anyone could ever dial it.

Woke me up at 7:30 this morning, No voice mail. Campaign call? Telemarketer? Who knows. Just plain annoying? Absolutely!
