Most likely this is a mirror number.  URS doesn't have an office in the area so they are mi****ing a 636 # in order to find and contact late payers in the St Louis area.

Sorry my review isn't as helpful as some of the others already posted.  I have had this number call me a few times.  I generally don't answer numbers that don't have a name****ociated with the number on my caller ID.  They never leave a message on my answering ma****e.  The way I see it what sort of legitimate business wouldn't have called ID information, and wouldn't leave a message?

I received a call from URS the phone # appeared as 636-442-1324, the guy said his name was Waldo & wanted my help in contacting a neighbor of mine. When I asked why  he said it was a private business matter 7 he couldn't discuss it. When I told him since I didn't know who he was I wouldn't help, he then told me he worked for URS & I asked what URS Stood for he told me United Recovery Systems.  So now I "know" that a collection  agency is trying to contact 1 of my neighbors, what a professional company.

i keep getting the same phone call but when they called someone in the back ground said just say hi this message is for Laura S*** then the person on the phone would repeat what the person in the background kept saying and they said they are from the IRS.  I searched the number on white pages.com and they say its a land line near harvester off 94 which is pretty much more subdivisons than businesses anyways.

We have no idea why they are calling us.  They have called several times.
