Calling trying to get information

I had cataract surgery on 10-15-2019. The call was about answering a few questions about the services I received from the anesthesiologist. The call went to my voice mail and I didn't call it back

Says I have important legal do***ents to be sent. I must call this number and give them a case number. I asked what her address , she couldn’t give me that information. Her company she said is AAC a 3rd party courtesy call.

Number now purports to be from an anesthetist - offering an opportunity to comment on their recent performance. No one here has had a medical procedure recently. So either this is a complete load of SPAM or a fraud, or it is the most irresponsible medical prac***ioner I've ever encountered. I mean what medical professional would use a pre-recorded robocall to collect this info???

Calls over & over & over. Do not have business with this company. Do not own home. Address listed; 15825 Manchester Road, Ballwin, Mo. Reported all calls to DONOTCALL.ORG. Number called is on Do Not Call list.
