I agree with rhenry. these people say you have to pay this amount or pay that amount. you pay what you can afford as long as they are getting payments that's it. you're on a fixed budget they don't care. got a letter from this 1 company and said I had to have a payment and immediately!!!!!!! they will get a payment of what I can afford until the bill is paid off don't let him scare you!

yes, collections, and they call me even though I send monthly payments to them. They call me anyway. They're idiots.

I returned their call...they are a Medical Collections agency.

I've received several calls from them but they do not tell me why they are calling. I have now****igned their number the name: a**wipes. Every time 'a**wipes' shows up on my caller ID, I simply flip the phone open, then close it a***n. That way, they do not get to leave a message and I do not get charged for minutes listening to their messages.

These folks aren't worried about doing the right thing....they are too busy trying to be a pain in people's rear.  They have been calling me and saying that I owe over $3000 to someone, but don't have any record of what the charge is for(I know I don't have any idea what they are talking about).  Instead of finding out what it is that they are supposed to be collecting for, they call and s**** threatening to smear my credit rating.  They are rude threatening.  I doubt calling the better business bureau would do any good....probably make them smile.  I am just waiting until they smear my credit without cause, then I will have basis for legal action a***nst them.

VERY RUDE PPL. they are the bottom of the barrel when it comes to customer service. They should not be able to have a buissnes. They need to be handled by the BBB.

I just received a call from this number stating it wasn't a sales call, but about a personal business account. I did not answer it either, and will not be calling it back.
