Same as below, said they are Airbnb, shows the name on your cell phone, wanted my email and sent a confirmation code to my phone. Wanted to share guests phone #'s and emails with me and offer extra services. Last year I was scammed similarly and my checks weren't deposited in my account. Beware, same scammers. I reported this VOIP number to Airbnb.

They tried to tell you they want to talk to you about some new Airbnb policies, and then they ask you to confirm the verification code they texted you. The call appears to come from the real support line number, but it is not Airbnb.

Scammer wanted me to give them a code. I’m not the stupid. They’re pretending to be Airbnb. Airbnb will NOT CALL YOU then ask for a code.
