is there anyone who knows about Midland Marketing. I received a phone call from a man named Lake Williams. These people are calling countless of times at work # harassing me that I will be arrested and I owe Midland Marketing. These people call from nay diffrerent numbers and many different names. I can't stop these calls and I can't stop these calls. In order for me to report this to my Attorney General, I need an address from this company called United Legal Processing Division.If anyone knows I will greatly appreciate it. Thanks

I just got this same phone call at my job.  It happened acouple of months ago where they call and say it is a very urgent matter.  If you ignored this you will be taken to jail.  The guy even told me he will have an officer come and pick me up from work right now.  I had my attorney call and they apologized and said they would not be contacting me anymore.  However I just got another call from the same place. My co-worker took a message for me.  Now the guy is using the name Peter Jones.  He has a very deep indian accent and seems to speak very fast and get irrate if you do not comply with what he is asking.  I called the phone company which they say there isn't anything they can do about it.  But I was told to file a complaint with my attorney generals office.

I received a phone call as well. I contacted the FBI, my attorney general and the local police as well. The police actually called this number and found it was a scam. The indian accent man said so****ing about Midland Marketing too. Does anyone know anything about this company?? Is it a real company? I figured it was a fake company until I read someone's post up above.

I am receiving calls everyday at work from a man with a heavy indian accent claiming I owe at first $820.00, then it's $500.00 and now it's $200.00, if I don't pay they are going to have me arrested. Everytime I ask about their company they get annoyed with me and yell at me and then tell me it's out of their hands when the lawsuit will filed. I filed a report with my local police dept because they have my SS#, Banking infor and home address, I also wrote into all 3 credit reporting agencies with a copy of the police report. He actually called about 5 minutes ago and the caller ID shows 0. They have called me from many different numbers, the police told me just to **** up on them because it's a scam

I have been called several times by these idiots. I not only call them back to mess with them, my Criminology class that I teach for the local community college also all call the number to play with them (blocked numbers of course). I figure if they can annoy me, I can do the same.Needless to say, the Sheriff and other agencies have several reports on these activities and all of the voicemails; however, they claim there is not much they can do and I should c****e my phone number - which I will be doing this weekend when I get to the cell phone store. *sigh* It just always bugs me that in these cases the honeous is on the VICTIM and it feels as if the guilty party gets to walk away un****hed....

I also got a call @ work from an Indian man with broken english from United Investigation Bureau @ 646-213-1090.  I googled the co. and the # and found this site.  *****************I see in a blog that someone put a note about Midland Marketing - Midland is on my credit report from many years ago - but how do they have my current work #?? *************************I'm going to contact Midland Marketing, but am concerned about my information.Midland is legally liable for all this if someone has hacked their system.I am not returning the illegal phone call, but will turn this into authorities as well.

i got a hurrasment saying i will loose even mine sociall sercurity will  how are u going to jail with out your social i said im filing bankruptcy they act like afriad i gave them an unpaid pre paid visa card with nothing actvated .they can go jail for playing cop is illeagle .consualt a atterney like i will tommrow .

On Sa****ay 9/20 I received a phone call from 646-213-1090 demanding payment from a past due payday loan through the internet by Midland Marketing Company.  They had all my information and he was very pushy telling me that a lawsuit would be file if I did not pay the amount that same day.  He told me that I would get arrested and have to pay $15,000 in fines and/or 2 years in jail.   That they were ready to send the do***ents to my job and home.  Throughout the phone call, I got scared and told them that I would pay it but until the 29th of September, he put me on hold and said he would talk to his superiors, not to **** up or else.  When he came back to the line, he asked me how much I had and I told him nothing at the moment.  He told me I can call friends to ask to borrow money, after I kept on telling him that I did not have any money, he said ok how about $200 today and the rest later.  He then proceeded to tell me that I needed to do a letter stating my name and SS# and apologizing for the fraud that I committed.  At that time, I refuse and told him that I did not feel comfortable writing this, he got mad and staring yelling, so I **** up.  He called me within a couple minutes and just told me that because the phone call was interrupted he could no longer do anything for me and told me good luck and the lawsuit was going to continue.  All weekend I was very worried about, I did some research at the internet looking for Midland Marketing Company and I could not find anything.  Monday morning, he called me a***n and left me a voicemail, the voicemail said this is officer Ricky Johnson and I am calling from United Legal Process Division and this is the last c****e you have to resolve this matter.  After this call, I Google the number and I found all the information about being a scam.  I then decided to call the local police.  The police informed me to simply **** up every time this person calls me.  It is amazing what people do for money.

I got a call a***n from this number, not once but twice in a 3 minute time frame. The guy said his name was Officer Watson and he was from the United Legal Processing Division and threatened me with some kind of action and said that my name and SSN was in trouble or so****ing like that. Because of the guy's heavy Indian accent I couldn't tell half the stuff he was saying. He insisted that that I call him back. These scammers don't seem to want to give up.

A guy with idian accent called me at work.  My boss told me about it, so I called them back.  The guy on the line said his name was Will so****ing or other, and told me I was being sued for a loan I took out online.  He had all my information, including my friends' names, and began screaming at me that I needed to pay him 950 dollars or I was going to prison for six months.  I thought it was a scam, but he kept screaming at me, and I s****ed crying, and he wouldn't let me say anything.  Finally, as gullible as I am, I faxed him my information, and went crying home to my boyfriend.  My boyfriend took me to the bank and the police department, and everyone told me it was a scam.  Luckily my accounts were fine and nothing was taken out.  So I caught it in time.  DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!!!!!!!!!!! I am a really emotional girl, so that's how they got to me- by playing on my emotions.  I am so sorry to anyone this happened to.  My boyfriend called a lawyer in our state, and they told him that they had saught multiple scam artists with this same pitch already.  So hopefully they will all be caught.  If not, too bad- there karma will catch up to them- and I will be c****ing my number in the meantime.

I'm an attorney and when I called the number on behalf of one of my clients, I spoke to Arnold Watson's "superior" and when I identified myself, I was told that they don't speak to law offices and ***g up. I called a***n and did not identify myself. I asked for a physical address and got:101 East Green Stree***hica, NY 48213One huge problem with the address. The zip in Ithica is 14850.

Received a call at 3:00pm at work from Indian sounding guy who claimed to be Officer Eric Johnson. He said he was calling from the legal department of US Investigations Bureau for the United States Government (but he said "gov-ment"). Horrible English, sounded as if he was reading from a computer screen or a script. He said he could not discuss the reason for his call on voicemail and that I was to immediately call him 646-213-1090. This same group of knuckleheads have been calling me for months with threatening voicemails saying I'm going to jail etc. I just **** up on them every time. I called the FBI and they can't do anything to stop them or catch them. Don't give them any of your information, they are just after your money. Just **** up on them.

Guy called me sounded like he was from India and stated they would have me arrested for a debt of $710 and wanted my credit card info to make payment. I told them that this was a scam and he began insulting me and I ***g up.

Same thing, only they were calling for a friend that hasn't worked here in 7 months. He ***g up so I called back. These guys are kinda fun to play with

this guy calledfrom this number 646-213-1090  with a indian accent saying that i took out a loan he said that his name was will buckston a federal loan officer he had my old checking account number and evertything saying that if i don't pay i will go to jail lose my job ect.... i check my old account just to make sure there were no deposit and they advised me that there wasn't so be careful these people are trying to get money out of you BE AWARE!

I just got a call from the number 646-213-1090 twice in a 5 minute time frame. The said he was calling from the United Legal Division or some such place and had an Indian (from India) accent. He kept asking me to identify myself and said that there was a lawsuit being filed a***nst me for fraud, etc and that the authorities were going to pick me up and arrest me. Then I asked them what if I were a police office? The guy ***g up and then another Indian sounding guy called me a minute later and said his name was Officer Watson and asked why I ***g up on them. Then, he went into his s***ch about how I'll be arrested, etc. I then ***g up on him. These people are scammers so don't tell them anything.

Received a call from man not good speaking english. Said name was Eric Johnson another man in office represented himself as an officer. Had the last four of my social and made demanding threats for money he said I borrowed from a cash advance company and never paid back. Then proceeded to harrass me later in the day makeing strange comments such as he was a crazy fan of mine and do I like what he says to me?? The numbers that I was called from were 352-200-2209 and 206-701-7472 and the number of 646-213-1090 is the number that comes up on my caller ID when they call me back but the other two numbers were left on my voice mail. This is weird no less and has me concerned!!
