We are on the DO NOT CALL LIST.  We received a call today a from 646-288-3718 at 3:53 AM with regards to "Cash Advances.."  I would like to report this company and do not want any more calls.

I've received many spam texts for loans all pointing to websites below this message. If any attorney reads this and wants the case, please leave a way to contact you. I've never applied or used any loan services and s****ed getting these text messages after getting the Motorola Droid and using applications. I keep getting text mgs. They stated to reply STOP to end the texting, which i did but they keep sending more text msgs offering money. I would like to know how they got my number.

I have also received a text message from these people with the same message. This is, now, the second time they have contacted with two different phone numbers. I am not replying to them for fear that they will text **** me. Will be following the advice of the people that placed the FTC and FCC sites. Thanks for the advice. KR
