calls and identifies self as Jack Wilson. heavy indidan accent. Says from Bureau of Criminal Investigation. Charges to be filed. When questins, he stammers and stalls.

Same thing happened to me.  Cliams to be investigator by the name of James Brown and is going to press charges.

Same here.  They call my cell and then my job if I don't answer and last nite went so far as to call my parents.  I'm in my mid 30s.  This guy says the sa****ing to me & acts the sameway.  I'm filing harrassment charges with my local police.

Rude, Inconsiderate, threatening, Ya, Like I'm gonna call you back. Anyhow, these people have your number and name because somewhere, sometime, you applied for so****ing and that company sold your information to them. They want you to feel like this is a criminal investigation in order for you to call them back and give back more personal info. Dont do it. And be sure to thank the company that sold your info.

guess this is the number and name of 2011 -- KEVIN COOPER -- office of bureau criminal investigations just called me 2x within 24 hours.  When I finally called back I got the same old info & threats - the company they claim to be working for is US Cash Advance which I've never had a loan with in my life and the amount is $300 which a***n, never had that amount of loan.  When I questionned that information, and told him I would just turn all this information over to the FBI and local authorities like I have others in the past he got extremely made and s****ed with "are you threatning me"  and I told him "no more than you are threatening me, my life and my family with these federal charges".  But knowing this is bogus and I am not in jeopardy for this loan/legal action, I am, like the rest of you worried about the fact these scammers have my SSN, my address, phone, & number of some of my family members -- how is that??
