Yupp got the same **** email too...im just going to prank the **** outta that number I ex ay let everyone u know just call that number 24/7 till he gets sick of is calling him I replyed to the email in lack of better words I told him to um..eat **** but ten times vulger lol these people make me sick bet they woont be happy till we **** there country next

Yup.. Same thing. I just got an email after several phone calls from them. I refuse to answer their call so they emailed me. A "Gentel Reminder" first of all.. they spelled Gentle wrong so right there I laughed. I just called them back at 408-663-9405 and told them to stop bothering me with this scam and they ***g up on me. I doubt that is the end of it but I am glad to see I am not the only one being "sued"

Same thing has happened to me.  They used a 646-216-1403 and a 408-663-9405 number.  Same scam.  Saying I owe 950 dollars and they needed my bank info with my id faxed over to 206-339-0255. The email address is also [email protected].  Couldn't speak a lick of english yet his name was Shawn Michael.  He also harrassed me at my job and my home.  Don't fall for it.  They'll use all the scare tatics they can.

This  person called and stated that they were from the atthorney general's office. They called my Job and now I am really angry. They treatened that I would be in trouble. The English was terrible and the left a voice mail on my work phone. I would like this reported but I do not know how to call

I s****ed getting calls from these people about a month ago. You can't understand what these people say. The scam is they say I borrowed $900 from they and if I don't repay they will "put me behind the bars". After listening to their ridiculous messages I finally spoke with one of them and I asked them to send me a ref # for the case that they filed. I asked them where their offices were located so I could come down and speak with them. They just kept saying that I need to send them the money. The number that shows up when they call is 286-0011. When you call that number back it's disconnected. These people are really ****** if they think this scam is going to work. I've reported it but unfortunately their is no way to track these people down. So hopefully they come to the conclusion that I'm not going to fall for it and stop calling.

I s****ed getting phone calls from a guy last week that spoke horrible English. He said I took out a loan on 3-15-2010 from ezcash.usa, didn't re-pay the loan, and took off with their money. He had left previous phone messages stating he was from the District Attorney office and that I would be arrested and put in jail for up to 2 years if I didn't give him my 'plastic' card information, which of course I didn't. While talking to him, I said I couldn't understand his English, which made him furious. He verified my e-mail address and said he was sending me Settlement Do***ents that I needed to sign and return within 5 minutes. It's a joke and a scam! The do***ents mentioned nothing at all about a loan re-payment and they asked me to not only send them my 'plastic' card information, but a photo ID as well. The e-mail address they used was [email protected]. I reported this fraud to [email protected], as well as sent a scam report to gmail. His latest call was just this morning when he left a message saying I would be arrested tomorrow.

Will not stop harrasing me will not provide proof or send physical forms to an address. Total scam just like above. Driving me insane.He says he is An Officer. But clearly is not.
