I got a call from this number twice in a row. Sure its a debt collector. No one was on the line and when I call back it says please hold, you hold for awhile then it ****s up on you. All I know is the call originated from New York

Got a call from that number the lady was rude. couldn't understand that I am not working and can't pay the full amount,then she said use your tax money your getting back. I was so mad i ***g up on her.
