Ive been harassed and harassed by these people and Ive contacted you before with different numbers. Over and Over and I have gave you different names. They call my work place trying to get me to pay this money. They say i am being sued for legal battles over money i borrowed off line from a pay day loan company and ive never done anything like that online. I am going to try to c****e my social if i can i do not know what else to do.

This is insane, this # 646-351-1232. This # has called me so many times it's insane. They are now calling my place of business and harassing people I work with. I will call the Attorney General for my state as this is out of control. They are calling my cell phone leaving harassing messages as well.

I just got a call from a Scott Johnson from the Dept. of Justice.  He called me from a DC number:  (202) 481-3310; then when he left a message, he left me a call-back number of (646) 351-1232.  They tried to trick me by calling me from a local number first to see if I would answer.  Then he leaves me a very stern, threatening message that there's a lawsuit a***nst me.  This has been going on for a long time now, and each time they try a different tactic.  You would think, if there was a real lawsuit a***nst me, I would get so****ing from the court informing me of a****ential lawsuit a***nst me, right?I'm so tired of their tactics and they need to be stopped once and for all!

I also got this call it was from a guy named John Davis and he sounded foreign and like a partical recording I was not home and if I get called back they have another thing coming if they want to threaten me... Oh well. I am contacting the local police and  also the Federal Trade Commision they will take a complaint and follow up to stop these people. The call Id on my phone states that it is a 052573584 calling but he gave the 646 number to call back. This is not the first call I have gotten like this. I got one for some readers magizine for my husband and this lady was just ****** I called her out and told her first of all he was not even in the country for this debt she says he did he was in the Army an I am so sure there is not a recording of him ordering these. So be very careful on all thes crazy calls.

I just received a call from this number today and the guy john foster left a message onn my work phone, and when i called them back another person answered saying they were eric landon, and that they were calling from the us department of justice...and said that the company that they were collecting for is advance american cash advance. and i asked them if they could give the credotors phone number so i could verify they said no you should of received emails form these people or you should have a copy of your contract.I told them i never received any emails and i dont recognize thois company. they had the last four of my social my work number my old bank account number,it is very disturbing and i was so upset.

Got a call from this smae guy twice from this phone number646-351-1232 but both calls were generated thru different pone numbers same guy gave 3 different names and the  said I owed a payday loan from Advance America Cash Advance. He could not give me a loan number, phone number, email or street address.  Gives you two hours to call back and when you tell him they dont have a record of this then he transfers you to his restoration dept and they want your money.  Don't do it they are a fraud

YAP, RECEIVED THE SAME CALL TODAY (646-351-1232). JOHN FOSTER WAS HIS NAME. ALSO HE CALLED MY FORMER JOB AT A BANK AND HARRASSED MY FORMER CO-WORKERS AND TOLD THEM HE WANTED TO **** ME. AND HE LEFT ME A VOICEMAIL SAYING HE WANTED MY ATTORNIES NUMBER. THESE GUYS ARE IDIOTS AND HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO. GET A LIFE OR A GIRLFRIEND...THESE GUYS ARE THE GUYS GETTING BACK AT ALL THE PEOPLE THAT STEPPED ON THEM IN HIGHSCHOOL....IDIOTS

just received a phone call from these 646-351-1232 from a greg waller from the u.s state department, wanting my lawyers information..i dont know who these guy is but im in the united states military, and they are calling a military installation..it will be reported.

my mom recevied a call from this  number 646 351 1232  the guy said his name was john foster and told my mom that he was going to press charges . he told my mom that me and her where in troble because of some stuiped thing that i never did . he got real rude with my mom and she ***g up and called me . i tryed to get in touch with this a** hole and he was never there . i got yeld at buy someone there and said that i was going to jaill and my mom was going to because she was named in it . i am glade that there is a web page will info of these scame people . it realy help ouy

Who are these people? To call  then when you ask for the supervisor they **** up on you. I Don't like being threaten with the Justice Dept when they are not with them.

Got a call from 646-351-1232 - says his name is Daniel Brine with US Dept of Justice and that I am going to have charges brought up a***nst and lose my job if I do not cooperate with them or have my attorney of record call them........I contacted the P***nix police dept and they said they continue to get calls about this and that it is a scam to get money.........they call my work, my cell phone, my home and I am so tired of it, there really should be a way to stop this.  They yell and scream at you and talk to you like you are a pos.

I RECIEVED A PHONE CALL FROM THIS SAME NUMBER 646-351-1232 AND THE PERSON'S NAME WAS MACK JOHNSON CLAIMING TO BE FROM THE JUSTICE DEPT AND I OWED THEM MONEY. I IMMEDIETLY CALLED MT ATTORNEY AND HE SAID A LADY CALLED HIS OFFICE ON YES****AY SAYING THE SAME THING. THESE PEOPLE ARE RUNNING A SCAM TRYING TO GET MONEY. THEY NEED TO GET A JOB AND STOP WASTED TIME TRYING TO SCAM PEOPLE.

I received the same calls and each time he c****es his name.  I received the call today from and "Eric Hernandez".  I reported them also.  The calls go away for months and then they s**** a***n!

One of my employees received a call from the phone number 6463511232 from a **** peice of **** who said his name was Kevin Nash from the US Justice Department.Asked my employee for a different phone number. What an idiot...I am registered with every DOJ in the US because of what I do for a living. Reporting to FCC as well.

Got a call at work from 646-351-1232, man claimed to be John Foster from the US Justice Dept and wanted my Lawyers information. Yah right and I'm peter pan. The DOJ is not going to call you on the phone and request this information they are going to send a Black SUV to your door.

RECEIVED GARBLED VOICE MESSAGE FROM THIS NUMBER

Got a call from 646-351-1232 regarding some kind of debt I owed. Caller stated that he was from the US Department of Justice and that they were going to file a criminal complaint a***nst me if I did not contact them back by tomorrow morning. The caller could barely speak Engli****** Almost positive was a scam. How do I go about reporting this? They are harrassing me at work also and at home!!!

I recieved a call from this number and this person (sounded like Eric Baron)  harrassed me and all the people on my contact list supposedly from the Justice Dept. Told me I was a thief and being sued if I didnt pay him $400.00 now. I kept asking him questions and he finally ***g up.
