This guy called me while I was in the car driving.  He had a heavy Indian accent.  I told him I could not understand a word he was saying and get someone who could speak English.  All I could make out is he was from LLC Law Firm and at 1100 am a judgement was going to be filed a***nst me and I better have an attorney.  Said his name was John Williams ( I thought: "that name certainly doesn't match the accent, perhaps he was adopted.") He called me back several times on my cell phone and when I would answer there would be a **** up.  Then he left a threatening message on my voice mail saying don't ignore his call and I better call him back the second I got the message. I called him back the next morning.  He kept saying I had  a $300 payment denied by my bank.  Every time I asked him to whom, he repeating my name and ***g up.  I kept calling the number back.  Most of the time the phone would just ring.  Finally he answered with another name so****ing Burke.  I said that he could have my attorney's information.  He asked for the Bar Code and I laughed and gave him the phone number, name and address and told him he could ask my attorney for the bar code.  He said "okay, I will contact your attorney" (in perfect english) and the call ended.  I have read other reports on the internet about this number.  There are a lot. I had a guy call me this morning at 6:17am and left me a message saying he was trying to get ahold of a friend of mine. Yet left me the entire message. His name was Karl Simmons. Funny how a "Carl Simmons" had sucha thick heavy Indian accent. He told me my frieend had a legal matterr that needed to be taken care of today and if it wasn't all he could say is"Good Luck". Being woke up from a dead sleep from this number I called back with an at***ude. Asked to speak with a supervisor who also had a very American name with a very heavy indian accent. Said the firm name was****ociate Law Office and he had a loan out with the company. I told him incase he wasn't aware Washington_ where I live, is 3 hours behind New York and they aren't suppose to call before 8am. Total scam cause I called my friend and he has no loan out anywhere. When they called me the first time the number that showed up was (320)055-172. Weird it didn't have a full amount of numbers. Ignore them.
