I too am getting calls from this number. My caller Id indicates the calls are coming from New York. They leave no message. I will not answer...

This is NOT a collection agency.  It is a scam.  Give them no information.  I have perfect credit, owe no one and have no reason for them to ask for me by name if indeed they are bill collectors.

Received a call, didn't answer.  Called back and it was somebody's personal line.  First answered by saying "hello" then, after I said he just called me he sounded f****ered and said "Hello, this is (unintelligible) credit service"He had a very thick Indian accent and the background sounded like he was at home wat****g movies with his pals.  There is absolutely NO WAY this is any kind of financial ins***ution.  DO NOT GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION - THIS IS A SCAMMER.

calls are comming from this number and are supposedly some kind of collection agency... just fyi

They are bill collectors. Even though you have a new cell, the number you have is at least a year old and had a previous owner for that number who obviously was in debt, now you are getting that's persons collection call. Best advice, have parents call your cell company, say you are being harrassed on your present number, insist on a NEW number that has never been used, NOT a recycled number. They will give you a number without arguement. For all you others out there, collections has several area codes for one facility even though they are in one building, one physical address, and one area code. They call on different numbers to see which one you will finally pick up on. Generally, they will use an area code you are not familiar with because you may think its a friend will a prepaid card or prepaid cell and you will pick up. I just got a call from 646-352-9991 and there was no one there except for latin salsa music playing.  I waited 3 seconds and then ***g up.   I am calling my service provider

This person called and wanted me to wake my husband (he works nights) and refused to tell me who they were or what they wanted

I am a 12 year old boy and my parents gave me a cell phone for school sports so i looked at my phone and saw a missed call from 646-352-9991 and i've told noone my phone number so i think its some kids tring to scam all of us!!!
