these ppl call and does not like to give you any information as to WHY they are calling. The man sounds oriental but says his name is Curtis Smith. I beg to differ. There should be a listed that you can place their telephone number on so they can be blocked from further calling individuals

This guy calls and says he is calling from a collection agency about a balance. I told him to send me so****ing in writing and he gives some reason why the paperwork won't state anything. then he states that am I ready to make a good faith payment. If so he needs my checking acount # and a check number. I tell him I have no checks and can it be done with a card. He said that there would be all these crazy fes and it would be better for a check. He told me to just give him my checking account and he can withdraw it on his end. I told he no and am not willing at this time. He told me he would call back in 2 weeks. 3 days and he calls back asking for me asking for another Phone # and where i work. Thats when he got ***g up on. The nerve of some people!

I just got a call from these clowns.  I called them back and they said it was from a law firm.  there is no reason why any law firm would contact me as I am a college student with no debt, nothing...so this guy keeps asking me for my name and phone number and that he is "looking up my account" and I said, YOU JUST CALLED ME.  how can you not have my information?  The guy said he was "checking" but it was clear that he was outside!  I finally ***g up on them.
