These guys are calling my job & my friends & family over & over & over claiming I owe an outstanding loan that I never took out. They claim to be Federal agents, detective, attorneys you name it. I have filed a complaint with the FBI & also the FCC but they are still calling.  If anyone knows how to get any relieft from these people please post.

These guys are not connected to any legitemate company, nor is he an Officer, they are phishing. phishing is the criminally fraudulent process of attempting to acquire sensitive information such as usernames,ssn #, passwords and credit card details by masquerading as a trustworthy en***y in an electronic communication.Under no ser***stance should you give these guys any info. at all. After receiving this call, you should practice useing some of your best four letter words! get the F%%* off my phone so on and so forth. Dont get scammed.

I too have recieved calls of the same sort. i work in a hospital that is very big and have no idea how they found my number. they claim to have my ss#, birth day, bank info, and drivers license number. I have contated the attorney general and they say to do exactally this, make a reoprt of all the info i have. FYI he says his name is officer Vin Hall, and speaks very POOR english, however says he is american and he says it is in regardes to a payday loan. the number he left is 646-358-8464.

I am receving calls from this guy who act as an officer but they don`t know how to speak English. So plz beaware of this guys & say them to sent us in writing as i dout on them b`coz they have Indian accent................. So be aware?

I'm receiving calls from this number on my job by an very non professional male who doesn't speak english clearly harassing my boss & co-workers by trying to get information from them like my s s# threatening that they are legal law service but yet he introduce himself as a Officer or Detective. They want me to send them money. If anyone knows what payday company they are connected with post it let me know or post it.

They called my job, and a friend of mine, caller introduced himself as an officer, said he was calling to inform me of an old payday loan debt.  Caller DID NOT speak clear english, was VERY unprofessional and the call turned into a screaming match.  I have received suspect calls like this before this is why I googled the phone #.  I informed caller I was filing bankruptsy, caller said that if this was not taking care of now I would face legal consequenses.  I requested to speak to a different department, someone I could better understand and get better****istance, a***n caller was very unprofessional.  Caller provided me this address to send payment...303 Chery Lane Bronz, NY 10466, when I googled this address it said a music clearing house, or so****ing to that nature.  I hope someone finds out who this caller is and puts a stop to it.  This is very frustrating and stressful for people struggling financially and also for friends, family and jobs to be involved with this.

they called me at my cell,they he said is a officer robert stuart,and the oother one name nils,they dont speak englis well,they said i involve in a fraude,and they want me to pay a loan.

They have called me at work several times,,they introduce themselves as officers..they asked to pay an old ac**** from daypay loan, this is not accurate. They petend that they are somebody, but their introduccion at the phone is not professional, also they dont speak a good English. I tried to find who they are, but not information yet...somebody knows so****ing? appreciate it.
