I recieved a call from this # (563) 474-584IA, USA. On March 15th & March 16th. This man claims I have malicious programs on my computer. This man knows my name & where I live. This man has a strong middle eastern accent. He said he is from the government, and that if I ignore his calls he will take legal action. I don't know what to do.

i receive a call from these people all the freakin time from different numbers, they even call my ex whom i haven't spoke to in months.  several other posts on different numbers state they get your info from a form you filled out online but then someone else says its fraud from a cash net usa place and one other, i have reported all the info that i have to several different agencies and you should as well

I got 5 calls from John Gilbert, leaving me threatening messages. He did not state what he was calling about but did say it was a matter of great importance that I not ignore the call. If I chose to ignore the call I would be contacted by the authorities. Somehow the number "John Gilbert" called me from was missing a digit 563-474-584. How does this number even get through. They are ****ing up my cell phone and it is ****ing me off because they always call during peak time. The number Mr Gilbert left for me to call was 646-378-2799. I can never understand the supposed Law Firm they are calling from and they don't want to answer any questions, instead they **** up on me. This is not the first time I have gotten this type of call. It happened in early February then a***n on March 2nd. The scariest part is that they have all of my private information: SS#, name of my bank, my address, and my full name. *** how do we stop these people, who all have heavy Indian accents.

My daughter has been getting calls.  I called back, asked for and address for the location.  He gave me an address and I informed him that I was now going to the police.  He said OK OK forget it and ***g up.

I got a call from the same number.  Peter Smith left a message and was SCREAMING it!!!!!!!!!  Everytime he calls caller ID shows a different number.  Said the same as all of you--going to jail, etc.

I recieved a phone call from this number claiming I have an unpaid pay day advance loan. He knew the last four of my social , e-mail. He claimed I would be arrested for bank fraud, etc. I reported it to the attorney general, the federal trade commision. I suggest anyone who has recieved a call from this man do the same. your Iden***y is at risk. He is a scam.

the middle eastern man whose name c****es every time I call back is saying that I owe the firm he represents $5400 or I will be served an affidavit and taken to jail tomorrow morning at 11:00 !?!?!?  he has all my most detailed information oviously taken from a loan application.  he is saying he represents Advanced America Cash.  I called them and they have never heard of him or his company.

I had my daughter call and the man said he need to talk to me.  she called a***n and asked for Jackmeoff and the man with the accent said " F$@K YOU WOMAN"  and ***g up.  I dont think that this is a real law firm.

He called me three times in a row and said his name was jack tyson.  what is going on?  i'm old and not sure what this means.

He's calling  about money I owe and a affidavit they are going to come pick my up.They know you SSI number, your phone number and you bank info.When you try to get info from him or question him he ****s up.
