periodically calls my home. ID says Blocked name. They never leave a message. No real complaints...just wondering who this is

I have received numerous calls from this number. Originally they were listed as unknown. There is no answer but if you wait a long time, you get a number to call Amy. Now that I know that they are a collection agency, I will file a note with credit reporting agencies to notify before giving out any family information. Report them to the BBB in D.C., FTC and the district attorney's office. Print out the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act as well. Notify them in writing using registered or return receipt that you want no contact and that you intend to file legal action. Keep notes, each instance is worth $1,000 + legal costs.
