Rent to own guest house PURE SCAM NOT ABLE TO MEET IN PERSON

Me to, to all of the above. This guy is definitely a scammer.

The email address Alberto17Gonza***@hotmail.com and the phone number he is using is (646) 397-0814. He posted an ad on Craigslist for a guest house 4217 W Mcfarlane Ave, Burbank, CA 91505. I asked if I could meet with him and see the rental in person and he says that he is very busy, works multiple jobs and has additional obligations, so he will not be able to show the house in person.

He emailed me regarding a property for rent I inquired about, I know it was too good to be true when he wanted to rent a 2 bed 1 bath with garage fully furnished, house for $500 in the city of Bellflower. He gave some story that he left to Tennesse and took all proper do***entation and keys to the house with him.

Saw a rental posting. Knew it was too good to be true when I saw the price. His response to my inquiry made me even more su****ios, s****ed with the "I'm renting this FULLY FURNISHED unit due to transfer in my business" yeah okay no one just gives their bed to complete strangers. Googled his email address and this helpful posting confirmed my su****ions. Email address was [email protected]

He just tried pulling this with a home in Boston, MA

As others have said, rental scam. Claims to have property 6211 Blucher Ave, Van Nuys, CA 91411. Says he "moved to Topeka" for work and won't return for 5 years. Red flags when he refused to send interior photos of the house. Wanted me to send him a deposit in return for the keys in the mail. What a s***bag!

This person claims to be renting a house at 15500 Wyandotte Street,Van Nuys, California - DO NOT SENT HIM ANY MONEY - HE'S A THIEF AND HE HAS AN ACCOMPLICE NAMED ELIZABETH THOMPSON IN MICHIGAN
