Received calls from that number 646-397-2417, well they actually sent me summons and my attorneys are dealing with them. I ended up payin my attorney 10 times more......I doubt if its an scam

Got 12 calls from that number 646-397-2417 in one day and 10 the previous day. He kept saying National bureau of criminal investigations.And so****ing about an Advanced Cash Loan online thru EBT. Never happened even gave a case Number.

As i previously posted in another similar thread just s**** the cursing and don't stop until they **** up. Don't let them get one single word in once you s****, keep going doing your best "*****en fishwife" imitation.Works for me everytime, they never call back.

This heavy Eastern Indian Accented Criminal states that he is someone different with almost each call.  He has claimed to be an Officer, Sargent and having access to 25 attorneys & detectives capable of dealing with people like me and will come to my house.  He has contacted my work and attempted to speak to my boss and file a complaint on me, but I transfered him to a fellow employee instead and he actually voiced a complaint to my friend.  My friend scolded him coldly.  He always references an INSTANT CASH COMPANY I have never heard of, which I supposedly owe money!!  He also has Ph#502-230-1325.  This foreign criminal MUST BE PUT IN JAIL !!!!!!! OR FOUND AND DEALT WITH APPROPRIATELY !!!!!I posted a message similar to this when googling "5022301325" and since then he has not called me from 502-230-1325 anymore, but resumed calling me at 646-397-2417, but will not leave voice mails anymore!!!!IF YOU CAN READ THIS YOU UNWELCOME FOREIGNER; GET OUT OF THE USA OR WE WILL FIND YOU !!!!

I also keep getting calls from these s*** bags at home & at my job, I have told them to stop several times & they will not. They will not send any information to me concerning what they say i owe. They always claim to be investagators,lawyers,sheriif deputies & so on, I will not send them one red cent, they say that they were going to black list my SSN# & all of that. I wish i could find them & get my hands around their necks.

I keep getting calls from several numbers from a person(s) with a very heavy accent. They are claiming that they will send the Sheriff's office to come and arrest me at my home, work. Then they say to 'SAVE MY LIFE' need to contact them immediatley. I quit taking all calls from the people. IT IS A BIG SCAM, TRYING TO SCARE ME INTO PAYING THEM. If you recieve any calls from these people from the following numbers NEVER ANSWER. 646-397-***9; 646-394-***2. I am contact the FCC and other agencys to get this stopped. You dont threaten me and expect I will lie down and take it. FIGHTING BAC****!

They call themselves the Financial Law Dept.  They have been calling me for weeks - stated they have an affidavit signed and tomorrow they are going to download it to the court house and they will be at my door and at my place of employment - I am not employed, I collect unemployment.  I am sick of this - they have been calling for weeks, telling me I never return their calls, which I do.  I did contact an attorney and was told what to do regarding the attorney general.  I have told them not to call, they continue to call, and they are foreign and I can't understand very much of what they are saying, I had done medical transcription for 32 years, did a lot of foreign doctors, but these people, I can't understand and the phone breaks up in the middle of their saying their name.

tried to get info from me telling me about a person I know that has debt.  strong accented male.  wanted money from me.  threaten to use the law.  I said go ahead, I'm friend with our sheriff.  he tried to get me to call the person he was speaking of, I said you call him.  I told him what to do and he ask me if I was threatening him and he ***g up.

Yes this is a scam! I have not been able to get them to stop calling. They call my husbands work too. They can never provide any information on the supposed payday loan. They just continue to threaten saying the cops are going to come arrest us. I keep telling them that I know they are a scam and they will not get any money from us. Then they get really mad and say I hope your husband can find a new job. They always have very american names like Kevin Smith and sometimes they say they're from LLC Law firm. Next time I am going to tell them I have contacted the FBI maybe that will help. They use a 310 area code too.

Just got a call from this number the person had a heavy accent saying they were from the federal berua saying I has 3 charges a***nst me.for a online payday loan... I have not had one in.years and paid it off pretty sure it was a scam I told them I would get an attorney and ***g up
