This Number is texting me saying they are CapitalOne Bank NA. The text asked if I authorized a transactions from TARGET for $197.82. When you say “no” because you did not. They call you fro another out of state number and ask you to verify your online banking information so that they can gain access to your account. I called the bank when this happened to e before this is not CapitalOne. When you ask to OPT OUT..it sends you a message about being a PartnerPros… when you call the number, it says that you have reached a number that has been disconnected. Be very Careful.
