Visa/mc company offers

the person was rude also  was talking %$$@$#@#$$# when i request  his company name.

I did not answer it.

Some one called from this number and asked for the owner when I took the call they ***g up. when I called the number back the recording said that I did not have sufficient funds to make a call to this area. I called and reported it to the phone company. Sounds like a scam to me!!!

Asked to be taken off caller list, but continue to receive calls.
