I have gotten phone calls from the same person, using different names, alway very foreign sounding, threatening me over a "fraud" that my son did. They have been calling him and a person he works for, harassing them and threatening to have them arrested, along with me. They claim my son got a $300.00 cash advance directly deposited into his bank account. He never did and in our state it is illegal. They have somehow gotten ahold of his tax records and bank account numbers.That part is really scarry. I am also filing a complaint with out state Attorney General and the FTC. I wish this could get out to the media then we could all file a class action suit a***nst them. Wouldn't that be fun!!!

Got a call from 415-707-0560 , they left a voice mail -some heavy accented man stated he was calling from the State of New York Civil court fraud department (this number is out of California) the number he leaves to call back is 646 434 2472 which is in NY. He claims there is a law suit re: me and that he left my DOB and SS# on the voice mail. He claimed to be an officer of the law. I highly doubt that, when my questions became more and more he declined to answer until I gave him my name, I refused. I told them I was going to report this to my local law enforcement and my own attorney would contact them.

My brother has been threatened by someone who claims he took out a loan. Then somehow they got my (his) mothers number and called her saving she was also somehow involved. After the treats this person ****s up. FTC here I come, you don't mess with Mama.

Received a call yes****ay from these crooks, the guy now indicates that his name is Ricky Columbo.  from Dept of legal services. That I must call him back at 813 number.  I no longer anwer their calls.  If you do receive these types of calls, just fill out the necessary forms on the FTC website for your State and also the on Attorney General's website.These people really think we are ******.  I guess they got away with it in the past so they are hoping that they can continue.Good luck to all who received these types of calls, but please do not pay them one dime, they are CROOKS.

i received a call today from Edward smith saying that my cousin owed for a loan and they were going to charge me with the money she owed. these people are crazy. very rude

I receive several calls daily at my work # stating that I had better call this mad back at 646-434-2472 statinghis name Anna Scott. This man cannot speak English very well at all and gets aggitated as the message goes on. This man tells me I need to contact him or my attny needs to contact him to discuss a lawsuit that he has a***nst my name and SS#. I have spoken to this guy and told him to send the info to me certified mail and email me but no longer contact me at my work # as this is harrassment. They always call when Im not at work and leave a message. This is a scam. They tell me a company put funds into my acct and I have never paid it back. Funny thing is I have proof of the funds they are talking about and this is an old loan that had been paid off months prior but someone got ahold of the info and tried to scam to get more money saying they did not get the funds back. I just received another message on my cell phone and then they subsequently called my office number.  I have filled out several complaints forms to the FTC, Attorney General Office and the FBI and these people although I have indicated that I did this they still continue to call.  Yes****ay when he called he same person said his name was Simon Morgan on one phone then he called a***n on my cell and left another message indicating that I need to call Andy Clark at 626-768-2536.  My next move is to go to the Media to report this scam and have the Federal Bureau launch a serious investigation, these people have all of your personal information.  I know it is a scam but the constant calls is very annoying and they need to be stopped.  Mr. Simon Morgan, Andy Clark, office Loganor whomever you are, you will be picked up on soon and I hope that you have the support from the people who are helping you with this scheme. I have asked for these supposedly/alledged court papers that the firm who retained them send to them and to date nothing.  If I am owing money to someone and is being used the proper way is to send the do***ents to an address, why up to now no one could send me the do***ents.  You people with that heavy Indian Accent please go back to where you come from and stop trying to outsmart AMERICANS for their hard earn dollars, get a proper job and pay taxes like us law abiding citizens.Just note that the entire Federal Bureau is on your case.  I have filed every possible complaint with every single bureau within my state that's all that you need to do.  When I told this to them, they ***g up the phone however they still continue to call.....  CITIZENS, BE AWARE OF THESE PEOPLE and just file the necessary complaints forms to the bureau someone will eventually listen to us.  My next move is the Media.  My company security is also involved since they are calling a business line and they can trace every single call that comes in to the company. A***n I received a call from unknown name on caller id...man with a heavy Indian accent speaking terrible English telling me to have my attorney call him regarding a case that is going to be filed a***nst me. He said his name was Edward Smith...real original. At the same time I received his call I received a sequence of calls or text messages from companies trying to gt mer sign up for games or bet online, all****ociated with the scammers that are attached to all the pay day companies online. I have spent the past 5 days just making notes of these activities and calls and am going to forward all the url addresses to the attorneys and fraud departments that these companies are****ociated with. These companies are all the little scams that tell you that you are going to get debt consolidation, discounts to pay off your bills, auto loans, discount coupons if you join, free grant money, and many others, even credit cards with 12,000 dollars of credit if yu agree to sign up, in addition to vacation dis ounts, free credit reports, and the like....this keeps people on the computer forever, they s**** deducting moey fom your bank account because you already agreed to the deductions thinking yu were going to get a legitimate pay day advance, but in fact you are going to loos thousands of dollars. Most payday advance companies are willing to work with people if you ask them to help you and tell them your situation. The scammers are all the attached companies who these lenders share your information with who are the crooks what ask you to click that you agree to their terms and conditions. Some of them do not even allow y9u to read their terms and conditions. if you copy and paste their terms and conditions y9u will be reading for hours as I have, and you are clicking if you agree, you are agreeing to let them share your information. This is the result of rushing to be in a hurry. Oh ...wait...worst case sinario...they take all your money out of yur account, and cause you to have countless bounced check charges because they charge separate entries for each o their charges...so you could pile up 4 return check charges, then they charge you a separate fee for each return check charge, on top of their service fee charge, and before you know it a 300 payday advance has cost you over 3000. This is the all****ociated with these payday advance companies. Not all of them are frauds, it is the companies they share the infomation that do this ti you. The only way to stop it is save every phone number on your cell phone anc call the police department and report every call. It is a crime to be threatened by these creaps.In the time it took me to type this I received another threatening call... this time the caller id number was from 464939018532 this time it is a woman with Indian accent stating a name i can't understand from a Blanch? Law firm stating  "this very second after you receive this call have your attorney call 64***42472, I repeat, 64***42472 to discuss a lawsuit a***nst you and your social security number. If you do not return the call i wish you good luck and will see you in court".there is another background noise in the background making it impossible to understand their entire message.All Americans being treated this way...need to protect ourselves.

These people have been calling 4 or 5 times a day with the same gim**** for months, I actually tried to be nice to mr. I don't speak very good english, by asking him if there was a fax number where I could send them proof that I never received anything and he just kept yelling at me, telling me I was committing fraud and who was my attorney and if I didn't have one then good luck.Well,I just found out what can be done to them! You will need to do a lot of things to get rid of them, first call the FTC then your state's attorney general's  office and file fraud charges, harassment and perjury charges a***nst the company or who ever gives you a name that is if you can understand the name "officer" bob gives you, officer of what I don't know but if you call him on it like he represented himself as a "police" officer he will tell you that he is an officer with such and such affidavit company. You will then have to figure out what state they are in I do believe it is California because they will tell you they are filing charges in San Francisco which is not the capital of CA, so You will have to file with the current California state attorney general which is none other then the ex-govenor Jerry Brown, in Sacramento, the capital. That is where all states have their state attorney general's offices. You are supposed to file every time they call. They are committing harassment and perjury just to s****. So please don't fall for these people. Just answer the phone and tell them You are filing Charges a***nst them, for fraud, perjury and harassment. Some states will actually let you sue these people for making false claims a***nst your credit report. They have many different phone numbers to harass you with so just write them down and add them to the charges. my favorite one is (000) 012-3456, really I doubt any one would answer that caller id #. I hope that if every one s****s turning on this company that they will leave us alone, however, I don't think they are really in the U.S. I actually managed to get a caller id that said british ****** isles, just lovely, don't know if it for real or if they maybe thought they could trick people into thinking they had won a vacation or so****ing.  I know this is long but "we" need to fight back a***nst companies like this.

The 646-434-2472 s****ed calling me and my husband last night stating that he had gotten a pay day advance, not repaid the loan, and he is now being sued.  First of all we live in ARK and court is in NY and they want us to go all the way there for some BS!!  I told them today after going to the bank to find out if for some chance maybe we did get such deposit in our bank acct.  And in fact, there was no such amount deposited.  The problem that led me to believe that it was a scam is that they were giving my husbands personal info out over the phone.  And if they were a true debt collector they can not legally do that whether he's my husband or not!  So I called the Attorney General's office here and the girl told me to fill out a consumer complaint form and then told me to give them as much info that I could on this place that kept calling me!  I'm also going to call the law firm that they are stating that they work for Blanch Law Firm and talk to them about this Erika girl that I spoke to stating that she was an attorney!  I also looked on the NY State Bar****ociation's website and she's not showing to be licensed in that state!  Good luck to everyone who is having the same problems as we are and I suggest going to your attorney General's office with the info...it's free to report them!

Call was answered from 646-434-2472 and man with foreign accent said he was representing a law firm who was suing my wife. Knowing full well that this was a scam, I told him if he had a legimate beef send a a certified letter from the law firm. That' s a normal procedure! Repeated my demand to him but he got mad and I told him do as I say period - he ***g up! This ****ulous type of harassment should not be tolerated and must be reported!

We've been getting calls from them for months now. It's always the same guy with a different name. The number they are calling us at is a multi-user work line. One of our employees here took out a payday loan, and they are claiming that there is now a lawsuit a***nst her even though she has paid it back in full. They gave me sensitive information that a real lawyer (as the caller claimed to be) would never give out over the phone to someone who isn't even related to the person they are trying to reach. We have asked that the information regarding the lawsuit be faxed so that we can verify it, but they refuse. When I confronted them, I was accused of not listening (to which I replied, "You're right, I'm done listening to you until you send the information to us"). Then I was told "OK then, my agents are going to call you 100 times a day" and was ***g up on. Yeah... you sound like a real lawyer. This is scam.

I saw this on another board:If you don't want to be disturbed by these calls on your cell phone, simply store the number in your phone's address book and set the ringer selection to "No Ring".  It won't stop the calls but at least you won't hear it ring and there's no chance you will answer by mistake.They will eventually get sick of calling and not getting an answer.  Then they will s**** calling from a different number.  Just do the same thing a***n and a***n until they give up.  Eventually, they give up if they've never received an answer.  Once they spoken to someone at your number, you're sunk.

These people are scam artists.

It is a scam.  Don't bother to call or answer.  Whatever nationality they are they are sure giving them a bad name.  Their kids and parents must be so proud.

I received a call today and voice mail today from 37410000000. The voice mail said he was *unaudible* ********from PayDayOne.  He stated he had a case pending a***nst me.  Gave me 646-434-2472 to call back regarding this legal action.  I called it back and spoke to Erika.  She stated I had money deposited into my account and that I had not paid it back.  I told her there was no money ever deposited into my account, therefore, no payment due.  She also said she was going to contact my bank  I said no, she was not going to contact my bank, I told her I would have my bank contact her.  She said I could have my attorney or my bank contact her.  I told her I would have my attorney contact her regarding my suing them for harassment.  This is a huge hoax, I will have my bank and my attorney call them.

I received a call from this number today and said I was being sued and they needed to hear from either myself or my attorney.  Seems like a **** call, good thing I "Googled" it.
