said I was chosen for a 1 time grant of $9,000! I don't even have to pay it back! But first I have to pay $200, which I would get back with the $9000! The reasoning for this is, I'm in a different state, so I would need it to do my registration! I admit, I would enjoy that, but they should not call someone like me, I don't fall for that ****!!!
