This person keeps calling my phone from random numbers stating that they are from cash net usa and that i took out a loan and have not repaid them and now they are suing me for repayment. He further goes in and says that the loan amount that was deposited into my account was $600.00. Now i don't know about most, but i sure as***** would have noticed an extra 600 dollars in my account! Anyway he goes on to say that if I or my lawyer don't return the call they will take legal action a***nst me. Well I did a little investigation and it turns out that they are trying to scam me (of course). I called cash net usa and not only did they NOT have any type of record of me or my information, but this has been happening for quite some time now. I have received a call from the Fraud department at cash net usa but have not been able to speak with them and get further details. These people are very dangerous and I can only hope that they get busted and do the time they deserve! Other phone numbers they have called me from are0000 ( i know right!)646-558-0017240-582-1275I am sure there are more to follow but i will be pressing harrassment charges a***nst these people. They have got to be stopped trying to prey on innocent consumers like myself!

I donot know the companys' name because,he donot say it on phone. His name is james brown.He called at home and work.He tells I need to call him or my lawyer need to call him.

Caller was asking for someone that does not live here. Most abusive, inappr******, threatening collection call I have ever heard. Very heavy accent with a lot of roll on the tongue. I managed to get to the phone before the end of the message and blasted this female caller with my own tirade.

Wed., Feb. 17, 2010, my sister in Maryland called me, (I live in Florida).  She had a call from Mark Wilson, said he needed to contact her brother (me), and it was urgent that I call him about a loan that i owed.  By saying that to my sister, I'm pretty sure some Federal and State laws were broken.  In any case, I have no unpaid loan.  I also got  a voicemail message from him... don't know how he got my cell phone number, or my sister's number as well.  His message said it was urgent that i call him back, and ended with "Good luck and God bless." Its a scam and I have no intention of calling him.  I am, however, very troubled that he was able to get not only my cell phone number, but my sister's number as well.  This needs to be reported to whatever Federal agency will pursue it.  May be the Federal Trade Commission... don't know, but I will find out!!
