the same thing happened to me he texted me saying this Him; Hello beautiful how are you doing , you busy , text me, my name is paul, How much is your phone bill ,you need money, okay you don't text or talk you blocked me you a female yes you working does he only target females? I block it ...I think he calls to see if it a female that's crazy scary
