This guy who barely speaks English keeps calling me telling me he is from some federal legal dept. and he is going to file charges a***nst me. I keep telling him not to call, but he keeps calling. I've just stopped answering when I see that number.

These people are relentless.... non stop calling no matter what you do.  I've tried reasoning, arguing, ****ing up on them - nothing works.  They now have my work number and called 4 times today after the girl at the front desk said "she(meaning me) can't accept phone calls at work" - they told her she was rude and asked for her supervisor. (what a joke).  Who can I turn to for help??  I'm being harassed to no end for nothing I did (and this has been going on since June).  He keeps leaving messages saying he's dragging me to court - I wish he would already; I'd love to get this guy in a court house.  Does anybody have any ideas how to stop these clowns?  I've filed claims with the Federal Trade Commissions and my Atty Generals Office - but they don't seem to be able to locate him (since his phone number c****es every few mths).Where do we go to get piece of mind??
