How do I get these guys to stop calling my place of work and harrassing people?

Received threatening call from this number.  Returned call.  Said I owed money for so****ing.  $5000 but would settle for $500 if I gave them my debit card number.  I refused.  They continue to call my cell and my work number, and harass w***ver answers the phone.

some ediot called me from this number and tells me that they are legal bodies.... they r indians and they want to rob over money so dont give them any moneythey r scam....
