Anyone who receives this phone call, I urge you to call your local police department and have them call the number. Let the police department know the situation. I called them about it 2 nights ago and they handled it for me. The 646-504-5213 number has not called since then. They won't ever call a***n if you call the police. Tell the company to leave you alone first off then call the police if they call back.

This guy kept calling me from ****a, and he sounds very crazy.  I am not answering.

Throughly ANNOYED!!! I am in the same boat as all of you! But when I insisted on getting HIS address information he ***g up on me.  The best part is that I did apply for a loan... paid it back and the month year and amount he is claiming there was no way in***** I even remotely needed to borrow money!! This guy has been hounding me at work for two weeks now.  He claims I owe him $847 but can't produce an invoice or even tell me what his client's name is.  He has a very thick accent, and won't even let you get a word in.  He claims he's representing a law firm, and gave me a website.  There is no contact information on the website.  What group of attorneys don't even have their phone numbers on their website??  I checked with my attorney, and he advised me not to talk to the guy anymore, but he just won't leave me alone.  He calls my house 3 or 4 times a day, and calls work the same amount.  If I could find out where he is, I'd have the FBI and FCC breathing down his nec****

One day I got 11 phone calls from this number at home, and several more at work. The guy can barely speak English. He says there's "legal action pending a***nst you", and I asked him what legal action he was talking about and he said "I won't tell you". So obviously this is a scam. I did apply for a payday loan a couple months back with a place called American Credit Line. They were also all Indian people who spoke very poor English, and they tried very hard to rip me off but I got my banker involved and was able to prevent whatever they were trying to do. I believe this has so****ing to do with that. How do you get them to stop calling? I cussed the guy out and told him I was going to report them to the BBB if they kept calling, but obviously they don't care since they are still calling 10 times a day.

I ***g up on them 18 times.  One after the other.  Must be some sort of automatic dialing this.They know your personal information including social security number.  This may be from applying for a payday loan online. this is a scam for sure.  Maybe a foreign country. I just got a call from 646 504 5213 and they left a message for me to call them about my social security number...I didn't call them back it sounds like some type of scam....

I just got a call from them at work, saying that they are calling from the legal dept. I asked what legal dept? He didnt know what the name is? He said his name is Sam Foster. Obviously he is not a sam foster..lol He can BARELY speak any english. He knew my direct line at work. Scammers...

I just got a call from this number 646-504-5213 and they are scammers attempting to phish for your "authority" to s**** debiting your account.  Do not provide them any authority to s**** debiting your account (Since they already have your account information).  I have recieved 12 to 15 different calls like this from so many different places acting as law firms or offical Law places.  More often than not, they are from India (I have nothing a***nst anyone of any ethnic background what-so-ever, but often they use VOIP setups and that's why they can mirror different telephone numbers) and work in large call centers.  All they are trying to do is prey on people that don't know better and ***n money from fraud.  But if you give them the "authority" to debit your account you will not be able to stop them unless you close your account and open up a ***nd new account with a new account number.  I often make up different stories and talk in different accents to play with them since I know they will never do anything.  This last guy told me he would be at my local state county courthouse on Thursday morning with a plate of cookies (per my request).  No one will ever show up.  Thanks,MJK

If they are impersonating the police you can file criminal charges and they have to stop

This person keeps calling from this number or 123-456-7898, saying that they r with some law firm, but that i must provide him with my information to s**** making payments for someone suing me. This person speaks very bad english and is a bad scam artist!!!
