Several of these have made it through our internal e-mail filters.It's an e-mail scam targeting non-US residents receiving income from American companies. The e-mail appears to be from the IRS (Internal Revenue Service), and includes attachments that look similar to a W4 form (e-mails received contained a do***ent ***led W-4100B2 Form).The e-mail requests the recipient to send the form to the IRS via fax number 646-519-7245 (most likely a cell phone number). The form requests personal information such as name, gender, birth date, passport numbers, bank account numbers and signatures.This e-mail scam is clearly an iden***y theft scheme. If you receive a su****ious e-mail claiming to be from the IRS or a similar email, please do not open the email or provide any of the requested information.
