Got a text. Many folks noting that it is a complete scam.

Direct Express is a scam; I have not called the numbers back but if anything is wrong with a debit/bank card the Bank will e-mail and call you. Do not call or txt the number just make a report.

Received a vText from "Direct Express." I called the number and the recording indicated my debit card was on hold due to a discrepancy. I was directed to enter my account number, which of course I did not. This is a fraud scam. I reported it to my bank and they are aware of Direct Express but under different numbers.

Texted with a number for a landline. Wouldn't the landline just call and leave a vm? Weird.

They called using automated system saying there was a problem with debit card and left number to call. Once you call they want your debit card number. Number shows as being from Direct Express also when looking up the number it shows it is in New York.
